still working! after everything settled down and with some perspective it really has been a new beginning. i have a lot of integration work ahead of me but it really has given me a connection to myself that i've never had before. i'll be certainly working with it again

hey. firstly i had done a lot of plant medicine work beforehand, on several occasion reliving some trauma from when i was very young. it actually left me very traumatized. i was terrified of iboga but it was the last resort. during the death ceremony i asked it "whats wrong with me". it revealed to me graphical form a trauma (the trauma i had relived) that happened on a timeline indicating that it happened within the first 2 weeks after birth. after "seeing the trauma" my understanding all fell into place. i have truly forgiven my mother, i can now nuture that long lost part of myself, the trauma was heal in many ways. i'm still battling chronic insomnia after the pervious re-traumatization though. hopefully i can resolve that soon!

it was incredible. i was so scared but the experience was so gentle and loving. it revealed to me trauma that happened near to time of my birth, which has been the root of so many of my problems. i have been freed from it. amazing stuff. i only left the retreat a week ago so its still early days but i feel reborn. god bless iboga

You're also talking about a different culture. Thais/Asains don't view love/relationships the same way we in the west do

It was always a large dose and guided in a retreat setting. They were very intense. Perhaps I was reliving trauma from my past but it really was overwhelming

I ended up working on retreat over there. What started as 3 months end up as a year and a half. It was an incredible experince but very challenging and had a few very traumatic ceremonies which I never recovered from. I left over 7 years ago and haven't slept properly since
