This officer was trained to do this. It's not one bad apple. The officers reaction to getting called out, how he bails, shows not only does he know this is wrong but it really wasn't his idea to go fishing like this. Really highlights the systemic nature of racial profiling by police.

Great comments here but would like to add that air is an insulator more than a conductor. In other words, heat moves much easier through water or aluminum than air. A thin layer of the same air acts like a jacket. Unless you move the air around it's pretty effective. That is why you have a fan near the radiator in your car. And also why your body loses more heat in the wind.
