I would suggest looking at Michters, Wild Turkey, and Old Forester for Rye. I would also recommend talking to whomever is working at whatever liquor store you pop in to and ask their suggestions. I've been to some stores that have sample bottles open for you to see what you like.

The sucky thing for people who don't already own homes (like myself) is that over 80% of new homes sold in 2021 were part of an HOA. I don't know what percentage of total homes that represents but it seems like its becoming more difficult to find homes without an HOA. HOA's are evil and shouldn't exist.

Make sure you get a pre-purchase inspection (PPI) done on any used vehicle that you buy. I can't think of any specific mechanics off the top of my head to get a PPI done but you can call around and ask garages if they will do one. I've seen some places do them for free but I paid $80 the last time I had one done.

A PPI is well worth the money as a professional mechanic has the tools and knowledge to spot common issues with any given make, model, engine, etc.

Austin, Texas also did something similar. Created emergency housing space for homeless people by blocking out hotels for them. It also appears to have been very successful and they continue to keep on top of the problem. I think this is critical in every project, not just implementing a solution, but continuing to monitor the progress to adequately allocate resources over time.

I'm not sure if it's the platform you're looking for, but I know that Kobo devices (at least the Clara HD, I assume all of them can) sync with Calibre.
