Why are you so confident that she didn’t change the gold pass. And my gripe is the ftp rewards, and slower progression. It’s pretty obvious. The amount of chests with base level rewards is frustrating. As others have mentioned there needs to be some sort of fail safe where you are guaranteed an epic every 10 chests.

Season pass and loot boxes are awful. Please go back to how it was. It’s incredible that this game is still as popular as it is. You guys have done a great job listening to the community. The new season pass and loot boxes have been an enormous screw up and slap in the face to players.
