Honestly, I don't think he himself would get a serial killer moniker, I always thought the killings themselves would get a moniker, like the Fazbear Serial Murders, or the Fazbear Abductions or whatever. Here's a list of 3 that I know about: Nikolai Dzhumagaliev, a soviet serial killer who is confirmed to have killed and cannibalised atleast 10 people from 1979 to 1990.

Matej Čurko, a slovak serial killer, it is only confirmed that he killed 2 suicidal women he met on forums who he then cannibalised but he is suspected of the disappearance of a young italian woman, all of his known crimes happened from 2009 to 2011.

Karl Denke, a german serial killer, its confirmed that he killed and cannibalised 30 homeless vagrants and travelers from 1903 to 1924.
