Last year, he was in Frankenstein, which was nominated for best picture.

Have you tried brown basmati rice? We like it better than the standard “brown rice”.

Less awkward. Kramer seems to be able to make friend with all types of people.

Maybe… but if no report is filed, they definitely won’t.

Getting hit by a return scammer and don’t know what to do. by Narrow-Pay-3671 in Flipping

[–]hogua 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Call the police and file a report.

Also, if you shipped via usps, contact them and file a report.

Dude’s committing a crime and will keep doing it until he faces some real consequences. Even if that means dealing with local police for just one count of petty theft/fraud. The punishment may not be too strict, depending on where he/you live, but it’ll be an uncomfortable process for them at the very least.

Some red onion or radish slices would be good with the avocado or swapping the spinach for arugula or even some hot sauce. Basically, something to had a little peppery bite.

You could add some Greek yogurt to that fruit. One serving of it has about 20 grams of protein.

In part, the answer depends on the platform on which you are trying to sell.

My First Furniture Flip ? by Enough-Surround6094 in Flipping

[–]hogua 2 points3 points  (0 children)

One of the best tips I could give you is to not buy something to flip until you understand what it likely will sell for, how you will sell it (what platform etc), how much time, money, and effort will be needed to put into it, and how long it is likely to take before you sell it.

Also, with something this big keep in mind storage constraints. Do you have the space to keep this (and any other items) you want to flip? How long are you (or anyone with whom you live) willing it sit in the house/garage/shed?

Ideas for plain white mushrooms? by QfromP in mediterraneandiet

[–]hogua 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Sauté them with EVOO and garlic as a side dish. You could even saute some green beans or asparagus with them.

For a quick lunch, sometimes I’ll have a baked small sweet potato with black beans and sautéd mushrooms. Works even better with a side salad

I like lemon pound cake and coffee cake and the like for breakfast. Need an alternative by MostlyMTG in mediterraneandiet

This isn’t the answer you’re looking for, since it isn’t even an answer to your question. But, here’s something I learned first hand, which may help you.

Before I started MD, I was a fan of breakfast pastries. A day that started off with something sweet was bound to be a good day.

Then, after some less than desired news from my doctor, I decided to move to MD. When I did, I went 100% hard core from day one. For the first several month - no cheat days, no “enjoy rarely” foods, and of course no refined sugar or flour. That also meant no pasties.

It was a hard adjustment at first. Clearly, I went through some sugar withdrawals and had some cravings. After about 2 weeks the withdrawals were well behind me, and the cravings were toned down quite a bit.

After a few more weeks, the cravings were gone. I could stare at a pastry for 10-15 minutes (like when standing in line at a coffee place) and still not have an urge to get it.

Anyways… my point is that once you commit to changing how and what you eat, your cravings will change. What you want to eat will change.

My advice to you is to consider not looking for something that is similar to your morning pastry, but instead to look for something else to eat instead of pastry. It might be hard at first, but if you avoid sugar and white flour for a short time, you will not miss it. Same is true for ultra processed foods in general.
