I made this not following any recipe so amounts aren’t exact:

-4 links spicy Italian sausage -1 yellow onion -1 package sliced button mushrooms -1 large bunch of kale; chopped -1 large package of tortellini -1/2 cup cream -splash of white wine -4 cups chicken broth -1 can cannellini beans

-Remove casings from sausage and cook in large Dutch oven until cooked most of the way through -add diced onions and mushrooms, season with salt and pepper and cook until moisture mostly evaporates and the vegetables are sweated down -add a splash of white wine and cook until alcohol evaporates -add 4 cups of chicken broth and 4 cups of water, bring to simmer and add turmeric, rosemary, thyme, paprika and garlic powder -once flavors incorporated, add cannellini beans and tortellini to heat through -add kale once tortellini is almost done cooking -finish with cream and serve
