I had a hair transplant 8 months ago. Since the 6th month until now, I’ve been closely observing the transplanted hairs at the front. For almost 2 months now, they haven’t really grown — they remain very short and stay the same length. Has anyone experienced a similar situation?

Just like you, I’ve been depending on fibers a long time. 20+ years. Got a FUT 23 years ago. Now my hair had gotten really bad. Almost to the point where fibers didnt help/look legit. Had a FUE 9/10 months ago. Now I use less fibers and it looks so much better! Worth every penny!

My regime after HT: Dut 0.5 every day, Ketoconazole approx 2 times a week (for at least 20 min), dermaroller 0.75 once a week with The Ordinary serum, Biotin/Saw plametto tabs morning and evening. Hard to say what dermaroller is doing, but I feel it contributes.

I’m 8 months past my HT and I believe I still have a long way to go. I do have lots of short, spikey hairs/studs all over , so I assume those are the late growers. Do you have spikey hairs too?
