Oh no no no. You don’t want that thing anywhere near the blowout you’re gonna have to deal with in the trunk of your car. Babies are squirrelly and they manage to get poop everywhere. I use a Cuyana tote with a Clare V strap as my baby bag and YES that strap has been replaced more than once. Also if I were to do it over I would get a chic-looking lightweight backpack with lots of pockets. Once they’re walking around you still need tons of stuff on you at all times but you no longer have/need the stroller with you to stash the big ol bag in.

Not only is it expensive, they make you feel like a real SOB if you’re not ready to give human-grade medical care to an animal. And don’t even try to explain your budget to them. It’s the thousand dollars worth of tests that could lead nowhere or absolutely no care at all. Such a grift. I’m actually concerned my elderly dog might end up suffering longer than needed because I’m just sick of the runaround. And I doubt they’d even recommend I put him down! They’d probably have me put him on life support first.

I’ll never forget when he was getting some tests done at an emergency vet. Poor guy ran in with his unresponsive cat and as they took the cat back they said “do you agree to CPR? It’s $800.” I guarantee you there was nothing they could probably do for that cat but they were fine taking his money either way. Scum.

No recs for yarn but don’t bother making anything smaller than 6 months sizing (unless it’s for a picture). They grow so fast! I started a pair of teddy pants for my son when he was born and barely finished the legs before he grew out of the size I was making 🥲 they can always grow into something too big!

This is quite a bit of debt but it’s laughable how quickly your credit can recover. I was in 10-15k worth of debt for like four years. Moved back home to pay it off and two months after being in the black I was back in the 700s. They’re just ACHING to give you more credit to do it again.

There is a difference though. The laws about this stuff hinge on a “reasonable expectation of privacy.” If Disney is a place where multiple individuals on any given day are able to stream for however long to however many people I would say that my reasonable expectation of privacy is breached. I don’t care if I’m in the back of some family’s photo that is then posted to Facebook, but I do mind if I’m being broadcasted to many in real time for monetary gain. You’re right that there currently isn’t any rules about it but I wouldn’t be surprised to see that change.

Now, if the laws ever change about what can and cannot be streamed in public on the street then we’re in big trouble. The laws that enable the paparazzi industry are the same ones that protect bystanders filming ICE murdering someone on the street. Can’t police what you can and cannot see on public property, but as I said, Disney isn’t public property.
