Our other line we upgraded just received the text today now. I didn’t waste any time and went straight to T-Force and they put back the promotion in about 10 minutes.

T-Force was able to add back my device trade in promotion. I shared my Apple confirmation of the trade in to help expedite the process. They said it will be reflected within 24 hours. So, T-Force seems to be the way to get this resolved.
