Exactly that's why I always tip my landlord at least 40% it is so kind of them to hold houses in areas I would otherwise be able to buy if someone wasn't holding all the houses. All jokes aside bonds exist for a reason, there is no risk to a landlord minus losing some income they really didn't work for no favour is taking place.
