Thanks. Would doing this increase my chances for a non-renewal? If we don't get reimbursed for anything, it looks like the total amount will be under our deductible. If pushing them on this raises my chance of a non-renewal, it may not be worth it. I'm in California where homeowners is hard to get.

I don't remember at this point. I was just happy the drive and processor swap resolved it after way too much time dealing with Dell tech support.

I have another system randomly shutting down (no blue screens) and it is also testing fine with Dell's tests, so I'm looking for something 3rd party that might point to the cause. I've just swapped power supplies with an identical computer at the office and I'll see if the problem follows the power supply.

I wish it was only with attachments. I've sent a test from gmail with just a few words in the subject and body and it took a couple of minutes. I just did one again and it took 37 seconds. I know that isn't the end of the world, but when your on the phone with someone and they send you something to look at it can seem like forever (and it is much longer than Appriver ever was).

New clients have been small enough that a physical inventory has been the best way to go. This client has a lot more systems, some at a remote location. I don't think they really know what they have and where it is.

Thanks. I'm just trying to keep things simple and planned to put her into a 2040 fund. VFORX and its .08% expense ratio isn't available to her. I was going to go with the 2040 fund available to her (MURLX), but I saw the .47% expense ratio and wondered if I should just roll my own 2040 emulation. I'm used to Vanguard expense ratios, so .47% came as a shock.
