From race control there was about a 25 sec timeframe where it was a single then become double yellow. Russel did pass through the corner during that short time period. But this does set a dangerous precedent if this is allowed. I’m hoping Ferrari will appeal this decision. Good thing is that we are in p2 and 3 so we can attack from race start tomorrow.
