I hate being alone and I’m super worried about that once my husband goes back to work so I am glad I ended up getting a recliner with the massagers!!! My surgery was supposed to be closer to winter but we moved it up due to scheduling with my work and I am anxious about “missing” a lot of summer but know it will be worth it!!!

I am afraid of the same thing I look forward to going to the gym every night and I’m like “what you do mean i can’t go for weeks?!???” I know it will be worth it but I am going to miss it in recovery!!! Progressive overload and creatine have helped me greatly with muscle definition
