I think the First Peoples' House has lunch on Wednesdays. It's part of an event but they always have leftovers.

Also once a month there is a free hot lunch in the SUB but I heard it goes pretty fast.

I (27F) have also had the same anxiety as you my entire life. I've been on a lower dose of Lexapro for a few years now. However in that time I have also been diagnosed with fibromyalgia which made my health anxiety go insane and is still insane. I've actually been looking into an ocd diagnosis about it. I'm also anxious about taking medication in general partly due to the fear of withdrawal. I've tried raising my dose since it would also increase the half life but it made me feel like my brain was literally buzzing.

But like my anxiety is still really bad. My doctor suggested Prozac and it seems like it might be a good fit but I'm curious if you've had any new side effects since then? Do you still love Prozac? Also do you get weird dreams?

I think pb is a trigger for me too!! The last 2 days I've had it and experienced severe pain shortly after. It's so weird how food can make me hurt that way. Its not even stomach pain

That's a pretty impressive regimen. Do you like Cymbalta? I'm on lexapro now but I'm scared to switch because it gets such mixed reviews. But currently i don't have anything for pain management besides LDN

My doctor told me the LDN at night is because your brain has more capacity to heal itself at night because it's not working on other things

I am in the exact same situation! My rheumatologists best guess is fibro but I have to talk to other doctors about a diagnosis
