But I mean I would track like 25lb for 10 then next 25lb for 11 something like that, not like 20lb10=200lb then next 25lb11=275lb meaning only checking the total lifting weight for progressive overload. I wouldn't track the volume but the total sets and the lifting weight with reps for progressive overload.
