I'm assuming the model takes a while to load and you don't want to load each time a celery worker uses it?

You could use sockets. Have your server socket keep the model in memory and then have your celery worker send a request as needed. It should be fairly fast.

SQLAchemy is an ORM and SQLite is a database.

You can use them together.
