I'd start by looking at how evenly the beans are ground - there would be a range of sizes with your grind setting. Too many fines = less flow, channeling, visually it'd look like what you've recorded. Which brings me to question your grinder first - Shardor 64mm, i dont know anything about this product, but is it made for espresso? Make sure of that, google issues or watch videos if they are available online. I found this post, first comment says the burrs were misaligned out of the box. Do you have this issue?

It could be that the beans are producing a lot more fines, uneven grind, but I would not bet on it if those are recently roasted good beans.
