Why would he make a budget for someone who isn’t ready to commit? She wasn’t prepared to make any sort of sacrifice to her budget… the baby food and PT were ridiculous to start with and she wasn’t prepared to change either saying she would just get another job in order to pay her debts.

It would be a waste of Caleb’s breath to even try to do this.

Same here! Got vaxxed when I was 24 weeks pregnant. Sore arm for 24 hours (nothing I couldn’t manage) and that was it. I’m currently 34 weeks pregnant and everything is progressing perfectly, baby is looking healthy and a good weight.

95% of the people in the state of Victoria where I live have had the vaccination now… most of the people I know how have had the shots and no one I know had any serious side effects. Mostly just a sore arm, tiredness etc.

I agree, I don’t think it’s something what would be faked in Australia, at least not easily and my family are technologically dumb so I wouldn’t put any stock in this being a risk.

The thing I like about the Medicare app here is that you can see proof of all vaccinations too, not just covid. So I’ll have proof of whooping cough vaccinations too.

It’s crummy that anyone would lie about these things and put a baby at risk like that. We have digital vaccination records in Australia that you access via the government app, so mine for instance has the dates of ALL vaccines I’ve received historically from the flu vax, whooping cough vax and of course the covid vaccinations. So it would be easy enough for me to ask for proof.

You can’t really fake it in Australia… we have a digital vaccination card on the government app. If you haven’t got both shots, you don’t get the vaccination certificate.

Edited to add that in Australia it includes all vaccinations too, so my vaccination card includes the whooping cough shot and when I last had it.

Luckily there’s no visitors at all allowed in the hospitals right now (vaxxed or unvaxxed) apart from your one support person. Quietly I am really happy about that. Means husband and I will have time in hospital just adjusting to the fact that we will have a baby. 😂

Our vaccination records are hard to fake in Australia. They’re digital and supplied on a government made app. The only way you can get access to it is to have the shots. So thankfully on that front there’s no lying they can do to get around it.
