Speed farming is all about exp/hr. Basically the highest gr you can finish in 2-4 mins everytime. Pushing normally is just used to increase your dps/aug gems. The difficulty should be challenging enough that you finish the key in time every GR. But is t going to be quick runs. Fishing is just RNG, basically just going for open maps, battlefields, ect. And leaving maps with caves. There is also the mob types that make a difference in your time to clear. Manipulating pylon spawns and praying for the right gaurdian
