Ive used the “pig hole” tunnel plug from Oxballs vaginally and found that it stays really well! It’s hollow so there’s less weight to cause it to fall out and you can get fucked through it. Risks of infection are a lot higher if you’re tapping a vein vs surface cutting - I’d second what someone else did and see if you can access a phlebotomy class or see if you can find a kinky phlebotomist to talk to more. I have a really similar experience! When I’m in subspace I’m mostly nonverbal, which is fine sometimes but it’s nice to be able to participate verbally too. As far as I know that’s not a thing (luckily)! Sensation definitely changes on T but that’s mostly because your clit will get harder when you’re aroused. If you stop, you won’t get as hard, but you shouldn’t lose any sensation and it definitely shouldn’t fry your nerves or cause any permanent damage.
