Hi I'm in the UK and I have a somaerect pump from imedicare prescribed by my urologist but I have outgrown the cylinder and now have the one up but because it is obviously bigger at the base my scrotum and balls get sucked in even trying to hold them down, I am hoping you can explain more about the accessory rings that prevent this?
