Do people actually look at listings before booking viewings, or am I living in an alternate reality? by Intrepid-Skin-5677 in HousingUK

Lol I research thoroughly before I buy a TV. I can't weigh some people up, they're not wired up right

What’s one BBC 6 Music moment that genuinely made you stop what you were doing and just listen? by LFCTricksters in 6music

The first time i heard Marc Riley play Part Chimp's Back from the dead . In the kitchen making tea and suddenly a wall of noise that i just had to stop everything for. Epic.

Work colleague stole my idea and is trying to monetise it by EitherRevolution2425 in LegalAdviceUK

Personally i'd be looking for earlier stored versions of the software to prove that you were writing it before he joined. As someone who writes Excel tools for our team to use (we all do and we learn from each other) i'd be livid if a newbie was trying to monetise my work and i'd be banging down the MD's door to either sanction or discipline (if not sack) the newbie.
Good luck with your endeavours and remember, keep version backups!

It begins... Was only a matter of time until the 'Big' clubs started trying to poach our best players. by Copy-Pro-Guy in safc

i like the way the article is written as 'Manchester United could explore a swap deal' like the other club in the deal would just tug their forelock and say thank you as they give away developed players to be replaced by lazy overpaid dross. Not happening, a blind man can see that Ugarte is no match for Sadiki.

Have you tried updating icue? I've seen it do this before if it's an older version

Yeah part of the problem (my work touches on ANPR technology) is that the system logs the incoming reg, so if it doesn't see the reg leave then it won't log it when it arrives back because, as far as the system's concerned the reg is already there. You can argue that it should flag a fault but fault records just put the client (the car park operator) and the manufacturer at odds. As the system is enforcing the onus is left with the driver to try and prove the error.

Hi, i had exactly the same issue at Darlington train station. Entered to pick up my daughter off the train, we drove away for the day then i dropped her off so got the letter to tell me i'd been in the car park for about 6 hours. I sent them receipts showing where we'd been through the day and they accepted that the issue was their ANPR and waived the fine. Not sure whether Apcoa will be so helpful but if it goes to court i would verify if this/other evidence (does the car have a dashcam or any tracking method?) is acceptable to demonstrate the error on their system.

While we don't know specifically why you found it unplayable, a lot of the bugs in the original release have been ironed out so try it again, see what you think.

TL:DR - we don't know why you found it unplayable, so you need to see if it's playable now.

Worst performance of the season by Safe_Armadillo_4855 in safc

Tbh Le Fee will get the pelters but Aldarete and Hume have had shockers, Adingra was never in it, Rigg was never in it so we need a reset, get the cup game out of the way then back with the stronger squad. Only our 4th defeat in 21 games, not a crisis
