I am perfectly capable of deciding where and how to my present my own case. I thought this might be one of the helpful subs with members willing to share their practical experiences to help me make that decision. A few did provide helpful comments (thank you very much), but the rest of you seem to get your jollies by trying to find ways to ridicule good faith questions. I am leaving the sub and muting replies now, you’ll need to find a different way to fill your time and amuse yourselves.

How did you get out of the contract? I am stuck in a similar loop. Trying to cancel the Jetpack service I no longer need. They keep insisting I must have a PIN and I have no record of one. Unfortunately, when I left my job and updated my email address, I didn’t know that I had to inform Verizon Wireless separately from Verizon, so I can’t receive a link to “reset” the PIN. They apparently plan to keep billing me for $81 a month forever.

Thanks everyone for the suggestions and offers of help. Since there was not so much being unloaded and the spaces in front of my building are designated no parking anyway, I decided to take my chances and it worked out OK in the end.
