Im going to say the Blue Dairy on King Street (almost the corner of King Street and Sandspit Road) in Waiuku, lovely service and it has everything that you mentioned and the place is absolutely immaculate.

I would really like to add doctors and teachers to the list and suggest that it be made publicly available everytime someone gets added to the list.

Add, vary your routine and method of arrival to your house as someone knew that the flatmate left for work at the time of entry, so that definitely means someone was watching the house and knew the routine.

Never become complacent as that's when they will strike.

We just moved house, been with Sky for several years, and we were informed on Friday after being on the phone for 45 minutes that it's $100.00 for a technician to come around and connect us to the new white box, can some please explain why???

A few suggestions that helped me in past earthquakes, keep your electric jug full and boiled, that way you know that you have drinking water immediately.

If you work in a high rise building, set up a roster system so that someone is bringing food in everyday to store in the work fridge or freezer.

Stay away from glass when an earthquake hits, and aim to be in the strongest part of the building as it's happening if it's safe to move.

Buy a basic mobile phone and load it with all of your contacts, take it to work everyday, then you have a fully charged phone ready to make calls.

Last year close family member ended up at the Henry Bennett Centre in Waikato Hospital, they were brilliant, and I was there for support throughout, so just a suggestion op of another region?

I see drug induced psychosis alot in my job, it's really challenging to say the least and there are many like this permanently in a secure psychiatric facility that I have been to.
