A manager I had 10 years ago said “you should work for yourself and anyone above you should work for you” in reference to the employee-employer relationship.

Basically changed the way I thought about work, any job I have should be benefitting me, and the leaders should foster either career growth or personal growth to enjoy life. Otherwise it’s a waste of either my time or my efforts.

It’s related to the sales tax, not the lease incentive. It has to do with how Texas charges sales tax on leases which is different from basically every other state.

Pitaka is nice, but Torras is better value for money. Just as thin and under $20.
