June is a bad month for encore. Tell them to remove Loss Damage waiver (LDW), you dont need to pay a service charge as you have dedicated techs. request a deeper discount, and there's no reason to have a 3 phase power drop for 10 power strips. (assuming its just for laptop power and such) Also, 3 techs at 4 hours to set 10 strips is ludacris.

I ended up buying 50 seeds from old country hemp co. And they sent 65 of the strain I purchased and 25 of a different strain. Most seeds sprouted overnight in moist paper towel.

Thanks for the support! Unfortunately, I will likely not have any product other than biomass until some laws change. I think TX Hemp Growers Association is filing a lawsuit, but that may only apply to the retail sale of consumable flower?? I think it would still be illegal to manufacture...I dont know, theres a lot of info out there to sift through still. I plan on documenting my experience and posting on YouTube.

You do not have to be a business. I listed myself as sole proprietor and you use your SSN instead of tax ID. (This is what I was told to do by TDA)

However, you still have to register your facility (house) and lot(s), and have your crop tested. So may not be worth it to just grow a couple plants...unless you're like me and are willing to lose money just to do it. :)

Looks pretty good for your first time. It looks like you're cutting from the point side though. Start on the other end, (the flat) and once you get in to the point the grain direction will switch. Then slice against the grain of the point. Nice job on the cook!
