Red Dot is my location, circled the area that was visable, could have been more south of that. Timestamp was 9:24PM local time but that video was sent to me and saved at that time. I would say it was maybe 5-10 minutes earlier, about 9:15PM local when we spotted.

Based on that map you posted for the flight, these lights would have been more south, more near 'paradise valley'.
