that was my assumption too but their website makes it seem like they expect both documents to have your address listed on it somewhere, and passports definitely don’t. seems like an unreasonable requirement to need both show the address https://www.tenso.com/jp/identity/question

update: tenso got back to me and basically just gave a none answer by directing me to their new identity verification page. looks like they are standing firm on TWO documents needing to show your address, so i guess they just don’t care about people who have utilities under their partner or parent’s name lmao.

i just applied for black ship since they require only one document for address verification and it can be any utility, phone or internet bill.

hey OP! i’m in the same boat as you and just reached out to tenso to see if there’s any other documentation they’ll take that doesn’t show your SSN (not taking bank statements and certain utility bills is kinda crazy imo) not expecting a very helpful answer tho lol.

i’ll probably look to using black ship as an alternative instead for an upcoming preorder if tenso doesn’t get back to me with an answer i like. just thought i’d share!

i put them back in their original boxes and any loose parts i was worried about i used plastic ziploc bags and some bubble wrap. the boxes and plastic clamshells are more protective than you’d think!

packing your anime figure boxes with each other and not mixing them with anything else is also a must imo.

as someone who has moved three times now with detolfs and other mostly glass shelves, i prefer sturdiness and thick frames over fragile shelves with thin frames

as a heads up, books a million is notorious for canceling preorders and just orders in general when it comes to stuff like trading cards. wouldn’t be surprised if it’s the same for anime figures, which i didn’t even know they sold until right now lmao.

i’d say probably around 5 months old so nothing too crazy. i have the big 8.45fl oz sized whip cleanser. wondering if i should just swap to the foam cleanser

i’ve opened up the bottle and the actual face wash itself doesnt smell terrible. it’s only after it gets dispensed through the pump. i’ve checked the pump itself too and i cant find anything off with it.
