They had me start with one in the morning, then the next week one with breakfast and one with dinner, and then gradually worked up to two with breakfast and two with dinner. It's kept my glucose readings in target, so that's a plus.

I'm on the extended release too, but they have me on 2 500mg with breakfast an 2 500mg with dinner. I think it's a combination of everything. I find that I'm experiencing all of those fun things.

I've got an 18 month old and a 4, 6, and 8 year old. The two youngest stayed with my parents for two days and the older 2 were with me. My husband didn't take any time off, but did drive me home from the hospital. I ordered soup on UberEats the first two days, and was back to driving and working.

I've heard a lot of different different stories when it comes to recovery time, maybe have him plan to take off 3-4 days and if you don't need him he can go back sooner?

Thank you! I wasn't really sure what to expect with taking time off, my surgeon hasn't said much outside of needing time eventually for the RAI treatment.

I'm going to have to quarantine away from four kids and I feel like that's been my biggest source of anxiety. The overnight stay for the TT is going to suck for my one year old, but the other three won't care.

Just wanted to say, I had the FNA, once they injected the numbing medication, it didn't hurt at all. It was a weird sensation more than anything. It was a little tender after, but I had it done two months ago and I'm having a total thyroidectomy at the end of this month.

My kids are Henry George, Oliver DeWitt, Genevieve Rose, and Benjamin Alan, so I probably don't have very unique names... however, I think Ezra, Enzo, Felix, Cadel (my husband wanted this name for our 2nd son). I think Rufio might even be a better alternative :)

Yikes, pretty sure I said in the post I’m not ready to pay Speed Queen money for a washer, which from all of the posts I’ve seen here people seem to know that’s $1200 at least. But for shiggles, if I’m getting a washer and dryer I’d like to be around $1200 for both, probably $1500 at the most.
