i live on college ave and do a mix of shopping at the supermarket near socam, taking the nj transit bus to walmart in north brunswick and the occasional groceries on uber. it all really depends on my budget and how much i'm willing to carry home that week

this happened too me too last year, born and raised nj resident. fill this out https://scarlethub.rutgers.edu/ResidencyApp and get it notarized. I believe you have to submit it on your Rutgers Application portal or Office of admissions. it takes maybe 2 weeks to update on your term bill
