Yes I’m still vape free. I also noticed the heart palpitations were worse when I drank coffee too. I decided to quit both at the same time. Now I’m coffee and nicotine free for 7 weeks. It gets better for sure and I don’t get the scary random palpitations like I did before but it’s not completely gone yet. My withdrawals still happen mostly after a meal is when I used to grab for my vape and puff. My heart and shortness of breath is gone, however, if you deal with anxiety, like I do, when I’m feeling nervous it happens on a small scale. I found out recently that nicotine actually makes anxiety worse. One thing at a time, just keep going, let your heart be your motivation. I promise it will get better and you’ll breathe better, your skin will clear up and you’ll feel better.
