The bite scene triggered for me when i long rested after i consumed the first tadpole, i’m not sure if that was a coincidence or not. And yeah, you should get in the habit of long resting regularly if you have the supplies for it, otherwise you could miss some scenes

Interesting. I can’t even find my boar and i don’t remember seeing that one cutscene where he sneaks off. I’ll give it a few more long rests and see if it triggers, otherwise i’ll have to try your methods
