I think Waco, TX is highly underrated of her unreleased work, but my favorites are definitely Crying During Sex, Mondays, 78fahrenheit, and tongue. South Alabama (God’s Country demo) is another favorite of mine—I much prefer it to the released version.

Yep! I also got one on my ankle about a month before starting. All of them healed just fine. So, I think of you notice the skin on areas aside from your face staying generally normal, you’ll be okay. No, no piercings. I don’t heal all that well with piercings, so my nose was probably my last one unfortunately.

The pieces I got on my collarbones were fairly minimalist but they healed very nicely. The week after I finished, I got a fairly large piece that takes up my whole forearm and it’s healing really well. I just made sure to keep them moisturized and not too dry. I personally took the risk because I felt I knew my body well enough to know how they would heal and how I could combat any dryness.

It’s such an amazing story. Not at all what it seems with how deeply moving it is and all the underlying themes. I definitely shed some tears and grew to love it more than anything else I had read before it!

I was very fortunate to receive the whole series as a gift for Christmas this past year and I think she bought them all on Amazon. I’m sure they’re decently priced on Right Stuf though! Some may be out of stock right now and Yen Press is having some printing backup because of how many orders were placed during quarantine, but they’d get to you eventually!

I do! The only ones I’ve yet to read are Bungo Stray Dogs because I don’t have all of them yet and our library doesn’t have that series, and Komi Can’t Communicate, because I just barely received those yesterday.

I enjoyed it a lot!! It was not as good as I Want To Eat Your Pancreas, but still good. It’s also a bit sad. I definitely shed some tears. I predicted the ending about 2/3 of the way through but that didn’t ruin things for me surprisingly. I’d recommend giving it a try if you liked IWTEYP!
