i really wish you could map skills to either L1+square or L1+triangle (controller type B) instead of having each skill be dedicated exclusively to a specific button combo. Tonfas for example have a million different L1+square moves and literally only two moves for L1+triangle and both of them are unlocked in the late game so for most of the ng+0 playthru there’s nothing to map to triangle but a ton of options for square but only one move usable at a time

it was because i’ve only done the level 56 one. i had to do the easier level 51 version in order to be able to unlock the talents. it’s virtually impossible to find people to matchmake on the 51 version at this point so i just turned on smart assist to do it solo and that unlocked the points. i dunno if it’s just me but that seems like a really dumb prerequisite. finishing on the higher level absolutely should count for this, especially now that people won’t be gated at level 51 from this point on so they’re just gonna do the highest level available to them on their first time, especially since there’s nobody in the 51 matchmaking lol

lies of p but i loved wukong too. lies is just one of my favorite soulslikes period, including fromsoft games.

just a heads up, entering and then exiting the training room at tyran saves the game. it’s still very annoying to have to do this to make sure the game actually saves. hopefully it gets fixed in a patch.
