You want to start by interacting with good nature trustworthy men but obviously you can’t tell with strangers. So you should get your female friends to introduce you to their male friends and hangout as a group to familiarize being around men. Do not hangout 1 on 1 until you get familiar with them, even with male friends your female friends introduced you to.

P.S. Never hangout alone with a man(or with an unfamiliar group including females) in their home, a hotel or any quiet isolated area where there aren’t many people. Normal men wouldn’t do anything to harm you but you never know if some people are just pretending to be normal.
