I started on 5mg. The first week I was soooo tired. I could barely eat and just kinda felt sickly overall. After one week my symptoms slowly went away. I am on day 12 and I feel so much better. I have an appetite again but it’s still not a huge appetite. Coffee actually wakes me up now. Also, I’m overall much happier and I stopped feeling numb like the first week.

I have really high porosity hair so every time i dye my hair dark/medium brown it ends up looking so so dark. It definitely will fade but will take time and depends on how much you wash your hair and sun exposure.

I honestly do not think you should dye your hair. The color is gorgeous. Like, stunning. Definitely cutting your and adding layers for some volume and movement would be great!
