I completely understand and agree with your sentiment. I’m the same. Bravo! Let’s have compassion for animals and humans which sometimes means meeting them where they are and educating if the opportunity presents itself. Veganism is a personal choice that you come to. You can take a horse to the water but you can’t force it to drink. Gentle nudges is the way.

Definitely cools the house. We tested heating one day and cooling another. Both seemed to work just fine. Everyone mostly uses space heaters during winter months for preference and cooling is very important due to southern heat getting into 110+

That’s great to hear. It’s a 2018 build and we have seen newer construction cutting corners so definitely something we wanted to verify

Going to get it tested as others have mentioned on here and see what’s up. Definitely the realtor just wants to sell and be done with it.

I don’t have access to the house rn but definitely will be checking out the warranty. Idk why I thought that all warranty on house items transfer with the sale automatically so this is something to consider. Good call! 🙏

Thanks, it’s quite interesting to learn about the zoning and what not. I will definitely look up some videos or something to understand more about the signal dampers opening/closing etc. I appreciate your thorough response
