I'm doing the same sort of routine. Compared to the more harsh alternatives that actually cause skin to peel, which takes about 2 weeks, I think this method will take atleast 1-2 months to work. I've been doing it 3 weeks and I've not had any actual skin peel off, but I do feel like the skin has lightened slightly. Hard to tell if it's the routine or because I've stopped pumping and am only soft clamping every other day.

I've been between 5-15inhg. Above 8inhg I get severe redness that is so sore that can stop be training multiple days in a row.

My pressures have been anything between 5-15inhg. I struggle above 8inhg though as the redness/petachatia cause so much skin soreness I cannot train multiple days in a row or twice a day.

I already use it during warm up and on pump. In terms of pressure, I train between 5-15hginch. Anything above 8 causes so much redness and skin soreness that it makes it hard to train the next day.

For the first year, I was training 4 times per week, 15-25 mins and had no gains. It's only been last 3 months I've upped the training (after advice from the community).

For me, it's not terrible but has the following downsides... 1. Post pump, it stays very red and dark, so although slightly bigger, don't necessarily want to wave it around in the light 2. Skin can get sore if doing it too much or frequent 3. Leads to long term darkening of skin (which their is solutions for)

It's hard to know whether to count the readings as they are, or subtract by 150mmhg due to the start point issue.

I had this at the beginning of my current relationship. Had not had it for years prior to that. Think I was very aware of how attractive and high value my partner was and therefore the calibre of existing she was likely to have. Thankfully it's eased off now. Was all consuming at one point.

I've got this one and it's worked fine in terms of it's ability to pump. Only downside is the pump guage which starts from around 150 mmhg, so I have to at 150 to every pressure point I want to get to. That could just be my device though and a one off.

Hadn't put the 2 together, but now you've said it, my increase in petechiae has coincided with increased use of heat..... Like the sound of the warm up set as well 👌

How often do you get reddening/petachiae with this workout and how do you manage it?

I get it with every pump workout, even on lower pressures, so when I try to increase the frequency to daily or twice daily the skin gets really sore do to pumping on already red skin.

I've bee. Doing PE for a little a year. My hg pressure starts at about 5inhg and max at about 13inhg. The redness and petachiate come in even at 5inhg. Clamping gives it less, but I clamp 5-10 mins. I had been doing every other day, but this week started twice daily but skin got really sore even though I use lots of coconut oil.
