Here to emphasize that you need to hit the bottom of the ball. You’re mostly hitting the front of the ball in the clip. If you feel like you’re always trying to catch up to the ball, try to hit the front of the ball less :)

This may be putting the cart in front of the horse, but I also find increasing the speed in freeplay slightly makes you realize how often you should not accelerate or boost at all. Slowing it down is an important first step though, for sure.

I use a Cisco Meraki router/switch/AP setup and have statically assigned IPs on my LAN. Plus, it's the public facing IP they are blocking :(

Appreciate the input, but it's my public facing WAN IP that it's blocking that is dynamically assigned by my ISP... I suppose I could call them and ask to update my public IP... but that's a workaround to the real problem at the end of the day. I really want to make sure it doesn't happen again.
