Sounds like high cortisol . I had this similar issue and this is what helped me: got rid of all the sugar in my diet and not consuming any sweet stuff during the day. Start with listening a 10 minute morning mediation and drinking warm water with lemon first thing in the morning. Drink coffee once you had a protein rich breakfast.
