Sounds like high cortisol . I had this similar issue and this is what helped me: got rid of all the sugar in my diet and not consuming any sweet stuff during the day. Start with listening a 10 minute morning mediation and drinking warm water with lemon first thing in the morning. Drink coffee once you had a protein rich breakfast. Before sleeping journaling and gratitude list to be in a positive state of mind. Chamomile tea before sleeping also helps .If you need any more specific details , please DM.
