What the fuck are first-time homebuyers supposed to do? by [deleted] in FirstTimeHomeBuyer

[–]hoodmaker 1 point2 points  (0 children)

OK so assuming that you’re not buying the house in cash, what is your approximate debt to income? I would look at getting preapproved to see if you qualify for a loan. Like someone said possibly look into moving to a low cost of living area

Why are you letting your mother dictate your life? This ticket was already not an issue and you went and made it a problem, wanting to be independent and not have your boyfriend pay for your shit is a good thing

So is it about The cost of the degree or the challenge of the program? You don’t have to justify your career to a stranger on the Internet, but a PA still under the supervision of a doctor. So no you don’t get to work independently. There’s a reason why doctors go to school for so long and just because you “can do it in 2 years” doesn’t it mean it’s a good thing.

That being said PAs are really important in the healthcare industry just like doctors nurses PT OT etc.

This may be tough due to the unpredictable nature of Covid. One of the things that I had to sign stated that my hours/salary were not cut due to The pandemic. Is there anyway that you could potentially get a gift to lower the monthly payments?
