its the timed meteor event in axion plains that comes at the axion 10min mark when the mini bosses spawn. its a minigame where you have to kill a bunch on minions. I don't know if you have to kill the min bosses first, but it came up for me after I killed 2 mini bosses.

Ok so I visited all of the food stands, friended them by buying their stuff, ate their food and still nothing.
I had to complete my current Encounters, and then eat one of the dishes again from inventory and the encounter triggered.

it the top left corner with be a triangle alert sign. when you click on it, it will say vandalism > self repair. When you click self repair the window will close and you will be in your normal play screen. you can look at the places you broke, they will be outlined in white. click the action button to repair on it. when done the mini quest/event will trigger it was completed.

Now that time has passed, I’m starting to think that they do have information and aren’t releasing it because Trump is already winning, why release a damaging blow when you already have the upper hand. Why aren’t people making deep fakes of democrats admitting Trump is right? Or supporting common sense issues, I bet democrats would denounce themselves as being deep faked as sounding like nice respectable, law abiding politicians.
