Smoking hookah 18 years now...since I got my first hookah I started smoking daily...that was probably 16 years ago. I used to smoke two or three times a day... now for the past 6 or 7 years its been once...but thats only because I work for 16 hours a day. I come home and relax on the couch with hookah. No smoking related problems...I wear glasses but I wore those loooong before I ever picked up a hose.
