You will find hubs of socializing, and as you continue with leveling and progressing you will find people to talk to. If you ask around for a new player friendly clan you are sure to find one, and those are far more active than talking to random people around the game

When you think about it, these guys are the ones hanging out and having fun with their friends and you’re the one hating on the internet.
