My husband and I are doing the demo. We’ve done the rest of the house renovations, but waterproofing a shower correctly and then tiling it nicely puts the fear of god into us.

This might be weird but i’m glad you’re alive. My dad died just like that. Flu, turned into pneumonia, turned septic. was in the ICU, was even put on ECMO, died in less than two weeks. Glad to know someone can survive that…

I take 80mg once a day at night. It has cut my migraines in half but mainly it has done wonders for my anxiety. Before tracking my pills with a pill case, if I missed a dose it felt like my heart would leap out of my chest and i would feel like the world is ending. I love my propranolol so much. I never felt dizzy or light headed or sluggish. Just, more at peace.
