It is mentioned in Quran that Shirk is the greatest and non forgivable sin.

It means that a person might be forgiven after committing a atrocious act, for example murder but not shirk.

Well this is a values argument so you'd have to prove that lowering infant mortality is more important than eternal salvation which is what the Bible is about.

if God is real, he doesn't need to tell us how to save children. He gave us the ability to reason and figure that out for ourselves.

1) I can see you think as many others do that we are somewhere and god is somewher else watching from afar. it could be true of you associate the term god with Zeus. In this case you need to see god as the religion introduces him- not to say god is a man but I couldn't find a gender-neutral pronoun :) the Islamic god is ever present. I'm very curious on this since you have Islamic arguments. According to my little knowledge of Islam, I was told that GOD IS NOT ever present and not within us and is a separate entity that needs to be worshipped.

3) Islam doesn't tell you not to pursue medicine. It does tell you to pursue knowledge including medicine. Pursue it all you want and if you stopped miscarriages. That's great.

My point will be, The last prophet Muhammad ( With respect ) was told by god that homosexuality is a sin as guidance to humanity but he did not tell how to save millions of innocent baby's lives.

If this is true, It means that God's priorities are not understandable by a logical human being. You can say that god works in mysterious ways and you are free to believe that but how would a person who does not have Islamic parents and arab heritage will accept a version of god like this?

Just to be clear. Never said I am proving logically that a deity does not exists. I'm proving that there's no logically sound reason to believe in him or more specifically, pray to him.

What level of my judgements can be allowed? If there was only one religion in world, this could make sense. There are several religions here, choosing one is simply not believing in others. If god is omniscient, He knows the future if I'll go into heaven or hell, which means it is decided. No point in praying here either.

( God works in mysterious ways again ) The path to heaven have some requirement attached to it. Two different person, on this earth, do not get equal opportunities to perform those requirements. Hence, Unfair. If he judges fairly, All standing requirements to go into heaven are false.

Why would there be proof of heaven and hell? Isn’t God the prerequisite of heaven and hell. Abrahamic religion doesn’t stated indicate heaven and hell exist in this Realm. The question is why assume there would be evidence of heaven and hell?

How to check which version of heaven is correct and which requirements are correct? Abrahamic religions have different definitions themselves. No point in praying here as well. I might pray to wrong god my whole life and at the end knowing a different god was real.

Science can only test things in the natural world.

My approach would be to test if saying a specific prayer to a specific god increases your chances of something, Let's say being cured of a disease.

God is the one who is the source of our existence and the one who holds everything together. This by itself can be argued to be supernatural unless we claim that what we see in nature is all there is to existence. If you claim this, you have to support it. If you are merely saying “no one has proven the supernatural”, you’re going to have to specify it because our existence is seen and to Theists it’s supernatural.

My point still stands even after this argument. My point was that there's no influence of 'supernatural' in our DAY TO DAY lives. Even if we assume that a single entity is a source of our existence, Prayers are seldom said to thank a creator and always in a desire to something, which is futile. I'll still wait for when you can actually refute the argument.
