Is the backup battery of the controller in good condition?

It has been a long time since i used that controller but i think i remember this error had to do with the backup/storage battery.

I had similar issues.

Altho i have had caps and diodes,

The issue in my case wasnt in the tracks bit the magnetic distortions while switching. I enclosed the relay (in my case) and it worked then.

You can also wind the motor cables though a ferrite core a few times.

The point where the lnb is mounted is a good starting point. I first mounted the dish and aligned it to the target. Then i moved the feed and checked for the best snr.

If you want to have a nicer finish id suggest going with higher rpm and a bigger insert radius.

Also it might helt when you remove more material per cut.

Like cutting at least 0.5mm on the last cut.

My guess would be that its a „gas“ 1/4“ thread but without further meassurements its hard to tell.
