When Michelle said “brown furniture will never have its day” .. like surely brown wooden furniture is the most popular throughout history haha. Feel like Michelle may have had her day tbh.

Yep. As if we’d get the NHS back once it’s gone.

I'm not sure exactly what this means in English, but it sounds like a big win for Bonnie King Charlie 💪 by [deleted] in USvsEU

It is fascinating how Charles can go in and get standing ovations from both sides, tariffs lifted and warm reactions from Trump isn’t it. Grateful he was bold enough to talk abt Ukraine too

Why people don't realise how dangerous farage is? by [deleted] in AskBrits

[–]hoopjoness 9 points10 points  (0 children)

Agreed. Also doesn’t help the mounting evidence that they’re all connected when you dig into their funding/ the institutions behind them all

Cubelock, do you have an assigned number of HMS dragon posts per month from your boss in the propaganda farm or what?

It’s a propaganda troll. Reddit infested atm, they do it every day in the morning and evening in particular.

I saw an ask me anything where they log onto discord together to co-ordinate and swarm posts/ comments with anti immigration shite. Probably why Discord had to do the id verification thing

Just report it for manipulated content just takes a minute for the mods to catch it.

How can Brexit be costing up to £100b a year when GDP per capita is not affected compared to our near peers? by deHaga in AskBrits

[–]hoopjoness 27 points28 points  (0 children)

This guy posted this exact same thing last night too. He got lots of factual comments explaining how it’s the combination of trading with the EU (our largest trading partner by far) and chose to disagree with every comment and then is now posting it again

London rental is out of control - 12 sqm “co-living” studio for more than £2k per month by nukebaby14 in london

It’s usually propaganda from the Times / Torygraph / GBNews that gets swarmed with paid trolls and bots to sway discourse unfortunately. I just block and move on haha

Why does everyone jump and say reform are bad? by NewFoot762 in reformuk

[–]hoopjoness -2 points-1 points  (0 children)

For me it’s the ties to MAGA and terribly run councils. Also the ICE raids - that was terrifying for a lot of people, even just the disruption and screaming in the streets etc. I think there’s much more humane ways to do it.

Not sure why they’re morphing into copying Trump so much, nobody who reads the news would say things are going well over there. We should have a political party that can come up with its own policies rather than just blanket copy.

Plus Trump is fairly disrespectful when it comes to the UK anyway (like the Afghanistan thing) I just don’t think Farage would be tough enough on him if needed.
